About us

Our family purchased the property and started Sweet Berry Farms, LLC in May 2020. 

This purchase was a part of a year plan that started in 2015 with a goal of learning as much as we could from the best u-pick ~ w-pick operations and to bring that knowledge back to Williston, Florida where we met in high school over 40+ years ago. 

Along our journey we learned from several blackberry growers, industry trade groups and agriculture professionals from both the University of Arkansas and the University of Florida. In the end, we were able to come full circle in year five by purchasing what would become Sweet Berry Farms, LLC. 

We are very thankful for our journey and for those who shared their experience and wealth of knowledge with us.
